Melissa Templeton is the lead instructor at the Heritage Black Belt Academy (where Dan and his son practice!). She's a mom of two amazingly confident young women, and shares how her adventures in martial arts have helped her build confidence and to persevere through life. She's a very adventurous soul (especially when she's on her motorcycle) and an awesome person!

Melissa's challenges is to get completely down on the ground and get up 5 times in a different way. And do it outside! Do this each day for a week and let us know how it goes!
